Who are Hands Off Hinchingbrooke?
A group of Huntingdonshire residents, health campaigners, Trade Unionist and health workers concerned over the future of Hinchingbrooke Hospital, the privatisation of our hospital services, the loss of a full Blue-light A&E and emergency services.
What are our concerns?
Now that Hinchingbrooke has been “acquired” by the body known as Peterborough & Stamford NHS Foundation Trust and that it must fit into the current Sustainability & Transformation Plans which are demanding cuts of over £500 million by 2021 – we are going to be fighting to ensure that the community of Huntingdonshire retain the NHS services they should expect and for the hospital to continue to be publicly provided, publicly funded and publicly accountable.
In 2017 Hands Off Hinchingbrooke recognise the need to continue the campaign. A full Mission Statement will be issued shortly.
